Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Tenerife location, subject to stock availability. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping destinations & rates

We currently ship within Spain (including the Canary Islands), the rest of the EU, and internationally on request. Exact shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size (kites, boards, and foils often ship as oversized items).

Canary Islands / international orders

Orders shipped outside mainland Spain, or internationally, may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees payable by the recipient. These are not included in the order total.

In-store pickup

You can also collect online orders in person at our showroom and test center in El Médano, Tenerife. Select "Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact hello@coreprocenter.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
